I really hope at this point you have shed off that dead weight called PRIDE and given up trying to be worthy of God's grace, and humbled yourself to ACCEPT it and be grateful for it. Now keep your eyes on Him who has called you...who has prepared a redemption for you...who has made you CLEAN.
Jesus said to His disciples: "You are already clean by the word I have spoken to you!" (John 15:3) That word is for you today! He said, "...the words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life" (John 6:63)! That same Word by which the world was created is the Word that has rejuvenated you back to life (John 1:1-3)!
That same Word by which the world was created is the Word that has rejuvenated you back to life (John 1:1-3)!
You do not need to hear another word, just believe that you are indeed clean. Your sins have been washed away. You are now new in Christ. YES, NEW AGAIN!!! Because His grace is NEW every morning (Lam 3:23). And so we will walk and know that "there is now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit" (Rom 8:1).
Don't look back and look at your past sins, and make yourself feel unworthy to stand in the company of the saved! No one is worthy! Look, the next thing you need to realise is that WE ARE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT!!! No one has graduated from your boat unto another ship, where they can judge you!!! For we were ALL saved and are BEING SAVED by grace, through our faith in Christ Jesus (Eph 2:8-9, 1 Cor 1:18). We will all get to the shores of Heaven and meet ONE Judge (2 Cor 5:10, Jam 4:12)...
"For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,”also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. So speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty..." (Jam 2:10-12).
So walk as one who has been redeemed. Walk with dignity. Walk in peace and liberty. Walk in faith and love!
And rejoice (Phil 4:4)! Because your sins have been forgiven! Rejoice, because you have been invited to the Wedding Feast of The Bridegroom - as His Bride! Rejoice, because your name has been written in the Lamb's book of Life, and no one can erase it (Luke 10:20)! None can take this grace from you. It is God-given without repentance (Rom 11:29-32), so REJOICE!!!
All we are going to do now is rejoice! Don't worry about tomorrow... (Matt 6:34) Don't worry about what you need to do to show you have changed... Just delight in the Lord (Psa 37:4-7). That is the worship He wants from you. Just abide in this knowledge that you and the Father are GOOD! And He is smiling over you... He is rejoicing too!!!
He did this... Long ago... But you are only now realising that you have been FREE all along (John 8:36)! Jesus set you free the moment they crucified Him!!! Jesus did it...and you were blinded by ignorance and unbelief and shame. Now all those things have passed away, and now you can see Him, as He sees you... Are you laughing yet???
PRAISE GOD from whom all blessings flow... Let's listen to some worship songs today. God bless you!
In the next parts, we will look at what grace does to us... Grace is very powerful... If we surrender to it, it will accomplish the purposes of God in our lives!
